Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using SoloTrillion.ai or any Solo Trillion service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Service

SoloTrillion.ai is the marketing and sign-up site for the Solo Trillion application, an AI product that includes newsletter and trend-analysis features. Some features are optional and activate only when you affirmatively enable them, including features that connect your Google account to read newsletter emails for trend classification (the “Rosie Module”). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Accounts and Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@solotrillion.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, consistent with these Terms.

Connected Accounts and Third-Party Services

If you connect a third-party service such as Google, you authorize us to access only the data covered by the permissions you grant, and your connection is also governed by that provider's terms. Our use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings or the Rosie Module settings; some connected features may stop working if you do. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• upload or process the personal data of others without a lawful basis or necessary consent
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• transmit malware or interfere with the Service's security or operation
• scrape, systematically extract, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models
• use the Service to generate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or circumvent access controls or usage limits
• use outputs to build or train a competing model

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access to protect the Service and its users.

AI Features, Outputs, and Disclaimers

Solo Trillion uses artificial intelligence to classify and summarize trend signals and to power related features. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Outputs are provided “as is,” are for informational purposes only, and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other advice. You are responsible for independently verifying AI-generated information before relying on it. AI features and models may change or be updated over time.

Data, Privacy, and Model Training

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. As stated there, we do not use Google user data (or other user data) to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models unrelated to the user-facing features you enable. As between you and us, you retain your rights in the content and inputs you provide, and you grant us the limited license needed to operate and improve the user-facing features you use.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the “Solo Trillion” and “Ubertrends” names and logos, is owned by Ubertrends LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without obligation to you.

Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

Some features may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Where they are, the current plans, prices, billing cycle, and any promotional or beta rates will be presented to you at the time of purchase, and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until you cancel, and you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are exclusive of taxes, for which you are responsible where applicable. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable.

Disclaimers of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that outputs will be accurate or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ubertrends LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ubertrends LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, to protect the Service or its users, or to comply with law. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will end; provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive. Handling of your data after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Service and to These Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will revise the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the website, by email, or in the product. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Solo Trillion agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
