Google API Services and Gmail Data

Solo Trillion's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access Gmail data solely to read newsletter emails for trend-classification purposes. Specifically:

• We read email content from your connected Gmail account to identify and classify trend signals from newsletters you subscribe to.
• We do not store full email content — only extracted headlines, excerpts, and metadata needed for classification.
• We do not share Gmail data with third parties.
• We do not use Gmail data for advertising purposes.
• Users can disconnect Gmail access at any time via the Rosie Module settings.

In addition:

• We only request access to the Google data needed to provide the specific functionality you choose to use.
• We use Google user data only for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy and in the product experience at the time you authorize access.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the service, comply with law, or as otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models unrelated to the user-facing features of Solo Trillion.
• If we change how Google user data is used, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain any additional consent required before using the data for a new purpose.

OAuth and Connected Account Permissions

If you connect your Google account to Solo Trillion, you authorize us to access only the data covered by the permissions you grant.

We use OAuth for authentication and authorization to access Google account data. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account security settings, and/or the Rosie Module settings within Solo Trillion, where available.

If access is revoked, some connected features may stop functioning.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

• remember user preferences
• keep users signed in
• analyze site traffic and performance
• improve marketing effectiveness
• support site security and fraud prevention

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

For Gmail-connected functionality, we do not retain full email bodies when our process only requires extracted headlines, excerpts, and metadata for classification. We retain derived data only as long as needed to provide the service, improve user-account functionality, maintain records, and comply with law.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
